Hey, this piece is in the same vain as the "Sell Out" piece i've done with Sid Vicious. This time it's Kurt Cobain, another one of my heroes, well, idols. This is just my little tribute to him, i've never really thought about doing one before, but it was Nirvana who got me into the alternative music scene and they'll always be my favourite band deep down, so here we are... I've included a line from my favourite Nirvana song "Heart Shaped Box", just to sort of show how much his words and lyrics mean to me and thousands of other fans over the world. Once again i took a picture of a poster (one of my posters this time) i took out the flare, blurred the edges and faded some of it to black (Dave's drum kit was visible in the back on the original photo). I added some information about him, but everyone whose heard of Nirvana will know the basic story of Kurt, so i kept it simple...

oh, and i called it "Grunge Is Dead" because there's a famous picture of him with Frances ('Bean') and that was written on his t-shirt.
